Adapted from the Japanese comic book series Parasyte, I have to admit that this movie series look pretty good from their trailers. The story centers on a young man who has been possessed by a parasitic alien creature and fights other humans possessed evil parasites.
However, I have been rather disappointed by many live action adaptations of Japanese comic book series. A prime example is the live action feature of Attack on Titan. While the animated series is so compelling, the live action feature is a total disappointment with poor storytelling and visual effects.
