Canadian figure skater, Kevin Reynolds, not only did he choreograph his routine to Yoko Kanno’s “Tank!” from Cowboy Bebop but he also dressed the part. He cosplayed Spike Spiegel on Ice, you guys. He even got the scruffy hair down.
He won the 3rd place, by the way.
